Move In/Out Services are for buyers, sellers, renters or realtors wishing to bring a residence as close to the original state of the home as possible. There must be no furniture or personal items in the home at the time of the scheduled cleaning. This service is a top-to-bottom full-service cleaning that includes:
- Dusting of Fans & Light Fixtures that are easily accessible
- Dusting of Blinds
- Washing Windows (inside only unless there are tilting sashes)
- Ceiling Corners and Door Frame dusting
- Wipe-down of Doors, Doorknobs, & Light Switches
- Wipe-down of any Closet Shelving
- Sweeping of Baseboards
- Vacuum of Carpeted Areas

- Microwave (inside and outside)
- Oven (wipe-out of the inside and scrubbing of racks)
- Stove (under the stove top, oven drawer and under the drawer but not pulling out from the wall)
- Wipe-out of Kitchen Cabinets
- Wipe-down of Cabinet Fronts
- Sanitizing Counter Tops & Sink
- Cleaning Toilets, Sinks, & Mirrors
- Cleaning Showers & Tubs (including walls)
- Wipe-down of Bathroom Cabinets & Drawers
- Sweep and mop of Hard-Surface Floors
- Garage Sweep
- Porch Sweep
Move In/Out Add-ons:

Residential Deep Cleaning is for clients who may have not had consistent housekeeping and want to bring their home up to speck for recurrent housekeeping with us or just have a fresh start themselves. We offer holiday specials, gift certificates, and other deep cleaning promotions to introduce customers to our services. In a Deep Cleaning, we do not move furniture, pickup items, or clean out cabinets unless requested. Please pick-up of toys and clothing before the cleaning. If help is needed with preparations for the cleaning, please see the Add-Ons section. Deep Cleanings include:
- Dusting (fans, blinds, and surfaces)
- Windows (inside only)
- Vacuuming of Carpeted Areas
- Wipe-down of Major Kitchen Appliances
(outside of refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stove) - Sanitizing Counter Tops & Sink
- All Bathroom areas (toilet, sink, mirror, shower, and tub)
- Sweep & Mop of Hard-Surface Flooring
Residential Add-Ons:
- Microwave (inside)

- Cabinet Fronts
- Baseboards
- Outside Windows that are accessible
- Basic Pick-up and/or Organization
After a Deep Cleaning, we are well-acquainted with your home and will give you a quote for Recurrent Housekeeping for future reference.
Recurrent Housekeeping can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We have some clients that just call when they need a little extra help; that’s fine too. We clean to fit your budget and preferences. Recurrent housekeeping usually includes:
- General dusting (as opposed to intricate dusting in a Deep Cleaning)
- Wipe-down of Counters, Surfaces, & Appliances
- All Bathrooms
- All Floors (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping)
As mentioned, Recurrent Housekeeping is customizable. We do not usually do dishes, pickup and put away items, or change linens; however, we want to cover your priorities and can easily add one of these or substitute services for the usual items.
