We like to keep our pricing simple and straight-forward. There are no hidden costs or additional add-ons unless you request them. Though tips are appreciated, they are not required.
Each contractor on our team provides their own cleaning supplies, except a vacuum, so there is no added stress for you. In order to reduce pet allergens, we do ask clients with pets to provide their own vacuum for use at their home.
Move In/Out Services: $250 – $450+
Move In/Out Cleanings are based on the size of the home and the depth of cleaning needed for a “new home” start for new residents. We are quick, thorough, and do our best to complete a Move In/Out Cleaning of a small home (1500 sq ft or less) in 4 hours for $250. Average homes generally require 6 hours ($350), and large homes may take up to 8 hours to clean ($450). We cap Move In/Out Cleanings at $850 to avoid excessive charges. We like to keep our clients happy with our service.
Deep Cleaning: $175/4 hrs
Deep cleaning services are $175 for 4 hours of intensive cleaning with two cleaners. See our Services page for a list of items that are included in a Deep Cleaning and optional Add-ons to fit your situation and budget. Many clients elect to start with a Deep Cleaning to meet their future housekeeper and to gain confidence in our work.
We do our best to complete a deep cleaning of a small home in 4 hours. For larger homes, you may elect to schedule two Deep Cleanings back-to-back, or you can pick the areas of the home that you would like us to focus on at the cleaning.
Recurrent Housekeeping: $30/hr
Our contractors clean homes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We work with your schedule to set a recurrent day and time that you prefer. We also customize housekeeping services to your needs and are always accepting feedback, following up, and listening to your cleaning priorities. Because most clients prefer to have one consistent housekeeper, we do our best to schedule you with the same person most of the time.
